Thank you for your support. I am eternally grateful for our paths crossing,
and I hope my work can warm your heart today.
The Crescent Moon (refining emotions) is in Gemini, the Twins; the Lovers; the Magician. I have been waiting for this period for about a week, to be honest. Perhaps you feel a sigh of relief today following last week's pivotal shifts in the collective unconscious. The Crescent Gemini Moon is here to provide us with duality of thought as we refine our intentions and plans for this new moon cycle. Last week, the South Node (our collective's accumulated karma being released) of the Moon collided with Pluto (power/transformation) at 23º Capricorn (the Sage.) The Sabian Symbol, the imagery of the energy produced at this degree, is "A Soldier Receiving Two Awards for Bravery in Combat," which evokes a feeling of desperate recognition for duties undertaken in "combat." We awoke last week to the deep pain within that has been yearning to be acknowledged - there may have been some truly intense moments for many of us, as we were demanding to be seen and appreciated. Today, the South Node is resting on 22º Capricorn, the Sabian Symbol for this degree of the zodiac is "A General Accepting Defeat Gracefully," which evokes an image of surrender and nobility arising from difficulties. Were you able to gracefully let go of your expectations + soften? I hope you leaned into the surrender - with the heightened Neptune in Pisces energy pulsing through the collective, that may have been easier than we thought it could be.
The South Node is where we are coming from, collectively. It is currently in Capricorn where it will be until 2020. The North Node is the direction we are collectively heading towards, and it is always the sign opposite of the South Node (and vice versa,) which means it is in Cancer. The Cancer - Capricorn axis is Water - Earth; Mother - Father; deeply feminine. Which may not be something most people realize about our stoic Capricorns, as well as the father archetype. The roles of parents are meant to be nurturing and restrictive to provide essentials to growing humans, and these are feminine values. The restrictive, structural qualities within our collective are being released and transformed - South Node colliding with Pluto. How many shifts in power have you observed in the recent weeks, or even months? Have you seen and felt the strong shift towards nurturance, compassion, and maternal - all things Lunar and Cancer?
Lean into these shifts, they are for our evolutionary benefit. We are always searching for equilibrium, in our bodies, our minds, and in our universe. Accept the changes, and evolve.
The Moon will enter Cancer, Mother Moon, on 4/10/19 at 11:31 pm EST.
